Orders under $50: $5.95
Orders over $50: Free
Small items (leashes, fins, flippers) are shipped via standard ground delivery.
Large size (Softboards) items are delivered via UPS.
While a signature is not required for delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be present in an effort to avoid lost or misplaced packages.
When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.
Packages being shipped to a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (like a UPS store) must include a mailbox number.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking ID and a link to track its progress.
If your item is in stock, we will do our very best to ship it from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but to be safe allow 5-7 business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation. We will do our best to have your product delivered promptly.
You can track the progress of your delivery by using the tracking link and tracking number that we will send you via email.
Please note we do not ship to Freight Forwarding addresses. If you place an order with a Freight Forwarder address, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or you can change to an alternative postal address.
Yes, all Softech deliveries are fully insured against loss or damage.
All Softboards are carefully packaged in impact resistant packaging to mitigate any potential damage. However if your delivery does look damaged, please inform the courier and then contact us directly via the details on your order.
